There is an error on my label. How can I fix this?
Label errors are picked up by our specialised team when you place an order. If you have not received your labels yet this means we’re still working on generating your labels, and we’ll e-mail them when they are ready.
The details on my parcel are incorrect
You can now edit your parcel's address and contact details before drop-off.
To edit details you will need your POL reference and email address used to place the order.
Please make sure you discard your old label if you have already printed this out.
Can I use a thermal printer to print my label?
We now offer three ways to print your labels.
- 4x6 Label Printer
- A4 Printer (1 x 4x6 Label)
- A4 Printer (4 x 4X6 Labels)
To download either format, click here to go to your account, find your POL reference number and click on “Print Labels & Docs”.
To amend any details on your label or if the PDF file has an error message on the label when you open it then you will need to contact Live Help in order to make the amendment or to correct the label.
