How do I request that my parcel is stopped and returned to me?

If you want to put a stop and return on your parcel you will need to request this prior to delivery.


Need to knows

There is a possibility that the delivery may be attempted, in which case you must advise the receiver to refuse the parcel. Please note that should your parcel be travelling out of the UK, there may be a charge applied for the return which would require payment before the parcel is returned.


Request a return

To request a return you'll need to speak with a member of our team. We'll contact the courier on your behalf to request a return.

If you require the parcel to be returned to the sender then you would need to request this before the parcel is delivered.

We would need to be talking to the contract holder (whoever paid and ordered the service) to be able to handle such a request.
